Use this form for any request about your personal information — a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, or anything else. We confirm receipt immediately with a reference number and respond within the timeframe required by the law where you live — 30 days for most regions, 45 days for California residents.

Before we act on a request, we verify that you control the email address on the waitlist record. We never share data with unverified requesters.
