कौन Twined उपयोग कर सकता है

Twined केवल 18 वर्ष या अधिक आयु के लोगों के लिए है। Site का उपयोग करके या प्रतीक्षा सूची में शामिल होकर आप बताते हैं कि आप कम से कम 18 वर्ष के हैं और legally इन Terms से सहमत हो सकते हैं।

प्रतीक्षा सूची

वर्तमान Twined experience pre-launch waitlist है। इसमें शामिल होने से paid account नहीं बनता और access, launch date, beta, position, invitation timing या आपके location में availability की guarantee नहीं मिलती।

हम safety, abuse prevention, legal, product, operational या availability reasons से entries accept, reject, prioritize, pause, remove या close कर सकते हैं।

आपकी जानकारी

आप प्रतीक्षा सूची के उद्देश्य के लिए पर्याप्त सही जानकारी देने और ऐसी जानकारी न भेजने पर सहमत हैं जिसे साझा करने का आपको अधिकार नहीं है। Optional free-form fields में लिखी बातों के लिए आप जिम्मेदार हैं।

आप Cortis LLC को अपनी submitted information का उपयोग प्रतीक्षा सूची manage करने, Twined plan और improve करने, beta access evaluate करने, abuse prevent करने और Privacy Policy के अनुसार आपसे communicate करने की अनुमति देते हैं।

Communications

प्रतीक्षा सूची में शामिल होकर आप waitlist request, launch timing, beta opportunities, product updates, policy changes और Twined news के emails से सहमत होते हैं। Non-essential messages से आप reply करके या contact करके बाहर हो सकते हैं।

Beta और pre-release features

Beta features incomplete, unavailable, inaccurate, changed, reset या discontinued हो सकते हैं। Access से पहले additional beta terms लागू हो सकते हैं।

AI, relationship और dating disclaimers

Twined relationships और introductions पर सोचने में मदद करता है। यह therapist, medical provider, legal advisor, emergency service, background-check service या safety guarantee नहीं है।

AI content incomplete, incorrect या unsuitable हो सकता है। Choices, communications, meetings, relationships और safety decisions के लिए आप जिम्मेदार हैं।

हम matches, introductions, compatibility, relationship outcomes या किसी person के safe, truthful, available, compatible या appropriate होने का वादा नहीं करते।

Safety और emergencies

Twined को emergencies के लिए उपयोग न करें। यदि आप या कोई और खतरे में है, local emergency services, crisis line, law enforcement या qualified immediate help से संपर्क करें।

Acceptable use

आप सहमत हैं कि आप:

• 18 से कम उम्र में या law द्वारा prohibited होने पर Twined उपयोग नहीं करेंगे।
• False, misleading, unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, exploitative, hateful, minor-related sexualized या non-consensual content submit नहीं करेंगे।
• किसी का impersonation या बिना authorization किसी की personal information submit नहीं करेंगे।
• Site, API, Turnstile, rate limits या infrastructure को scrape, overload, interfere, reverse engineer, bypass security या abuse नहीं करेंगे।
• Twined को spam, harassment, stalking, discrimination, threats, exploitation या harm के लिए उपयोग नहीं करेंगे।
• Written permission के बिना commercial scraping, competitive intelligence या security testing नहीं करेंगे।

Pricing और availability

Pre-launch pricing, plan details, features, limits, availability या launch statements informational हैं और बदल सकते हैं। Waitlist site पर कुछ भी specific subscription बेचने का offer नहीं है।

Ownership

Twined, site, design, copy, branding, software और related materials Cortis LLC या उसके licensors के हैं। ये Terms आपको ownership rights नहीं देते।

Third-party services

Twined third-party infrastructure और providers पर निर्भर करता है। हमारे reasonable control से बाहर third-party services, outages, incidents, policies या content के लिए हम responsible नहीं हैं।

Privacy

हमारी Privacy Policy बताती है कि हम information कैसे collect, use, share और protect करते हैं। Site का उपयोग करके या waitlist join करके आप Privacy Policy स्वीकार करते हैं।

Suspension या removal

Safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, product operations या protection के लिए उचित होने पर हम access suspend, entries remove, submissions block या Twined बंद कर सकते हैं।

No warranties

Site, waitlist, emails, beta और services as-is और as-available provided हैं। Law द्वारा permitted fullest extent तक हम express या implied warranties disclaim करते हैं।

Limitation of liability

Law द्वारा permitted fullest extent तक Cortis LLC और उसके owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates और providers indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary या punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, emotional distress, reputational harm, relationship outcomes, personal interactions या third-party conduct के लिए liable नहीं होंगे।

Indemnity

Governing law

ये Terms State of Wyoming, USA के laws द्वारा governed हैं, conflict-of-law rules को छोड़कर। Wyoming courts को jurisdiction और venue होगा, जब तक applicable law अन्यथा न कहे।

Changes

Twined बदलने पर हम Terms update कर सकते हैं। Updated Terms effective होने के बाद continued use का अर्थ है कि आप उन्हें accept करते हैं।
